Behind the Scenes of Amazon Prime Week: Preparing for Peak Delivery Demand

Today marks the start of Amazon Prime Week (23–26 June), one of the busiest periods of the year for delivery operations.
To prepare, we've increased our operational capacity across the board. We're expecting around 35% more routes than our usual daily volume, so we've expanded our active driver numbers, strengthened our fleet maintenance, and ensured we have the capacity needed to meet the demand.
With the current heatwave adding an extra challenge, I'm incredibly proud of our team. Their hard work, commitment, and preparation make all the difference during weeks like this.
A huge thank you to every driver, dispatcher, fleet team member, and everyone working behind the scenes. Your dedication keeps our operation running safely and efficiently, even during the busiest times.
